GWRSD is seeking a certified educator to serve as a Math Coach, supporting high-quality instruction and student learning across the district.
The Math Coach will play a key role in supporting curriculum implementation and competency-based assessment practices in mathematics. This position includes providing job-embedded instructional coaching, modeling lessons, and facilitating small-group support for teachers to strengthen instructional practices and improve student outcomes.
The position may support educators at the early elementary level and/or across middle and high school, depending on district needs. The Math Coach will collaborate closely with a team of district math coaches and administrators to ensure alignment of instructional practices and ongoing professional growth.
GWRSD offers access to professional development funding and values a collaborative, growth-oriented approach to teaching and learning.
Contract is for 185 days.
Qualifications:
  • NH certification in Mathematics or Elementary Education (or eligibility)
  • Strong understanding of math instruction and best practices
  • Experience with coaching, mentoring, or leading professional learning preferred
  • Knowledge of competency-based education and assessment practices is a plus
