As an Academic Coach, you will play a critical role in empowering students through personalized academic mentorship. You will work closely with students-often preparing them for advanced coursework and standardized tests-while helping them build confidence, develop effective study habits, and reach their academic goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Academic Coaching and Mentorship

Provide one-on-one academic mentorship in various academic subjects and/or standardized exams, guiding students to discover their strengths, reduce stress, and overcome academic challenges. Complete comprehensive training programs to effectively identify and address students' individual strengths and weaknesses.
Qualifications:
Eligibility
  • Proficiency in math at a high school level. The ability to teach precalculus is highly preferred.
  • Have a willingness to work evenings and weekends to meet objectives
  • Ability to commit to part-time tutoring for at least 1 year
  • Availability of at least 5 hours per week

Experience
  • Tutoring and/or test prep experience is a plus

Education
  • Bachelor's degree from a nationally accredited university.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • A high level of energy and sociability
  • Exceptional writing ability
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a broad spectrum of people, including executives, students, and other coaches
  • Ability to work independently yet dutifully within the company pedagogy and processes

Compensation & Benefits:
