Medical Director Maternal Fetal Medicine

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maternal Fetal Medicine Medical Director to lead our Regional Maternal Fetal Medicine team. If you are a dedicated Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist looking to make a difference in the lives of patients and their families, we welcome you to join our team. The Medical Director role will provide physician leadership and oversight for our Maternal Fetal Medicine service line. You will collaborate with our Administrative Clinical Director for Women's and Children's Services in a dyad relationship alongside our OB/GYN Medical Directors. This exciting leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and enhance our Maternal Fetal program within a mission-driven organization dedicated to making a lasting impact on the communities we serve.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to clinical leadership, patient care, program development, and education and mentorship. You will oversee and lead the Maternal Fetal Medicine service line, ensuring the highest quality of care for complex maternal fetal cases. Provide comprehensive patient-centered care for individuals with high-risk pregnancies including diagnostic, consultative, and management services. Work closely with obstetricians, neonatologists, and other specialists to ensure coordinated care. Collaborate with administrative and clinical leadership to develop and enhance the Maternal Fetal Medicine program. You will be responsible and accountable for assigned offices and programs in the market for achievements around quality, service excellence, colleague engagement, stewardship, and financial goals.
