Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• 10+ yrs experience with at least 12 Greenfield PLM programs
• Strong Teamcenter / PLM implementation exposure
• Proven process harmonization across business units
• Hands-on with data migration + integrations
• Managed global programs (multi-geo, multi-stakeholder)
• Automotive domain exposure
Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end greenfield PLM (OnePLM) implementation, covering discovery, process harmonization, solution design, build, data migration, testing, and rollout phases
• Drive enterprise-wide process harmonization, translating AS-IS to TO-BE PLM processes and ensuring alignment and sign-off across multiple business units
• Establish and manage program governance, including stakeholder engagement, steering committee cadences, decision frameworks, and escalation management
• Ensure comprehensive requirements definition and sign-offs by engaging business SMEs early and controlling scope to avoid downstream rework and delays
• Oversee data migration and system integration strategy, including legacy PLM/PDM consolidation and integration with CAD, ERP, and downstream systems
• Manage program risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes, with focus on process convergence, data readiness, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful adoption
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
• Strong stakeholder management & executive communication, with ability to drive alignment across business, IT, and leadership teams
• Effective program governance & decision-making, managing priorities, escalations, and ensuring timely outcomes in complex multi-stakeholder environments
• Proactive risk & dependency management, identifying critical issues early and driving mitigation to protect program timelines, cost, and quality
Base Salary Range : $100,000 to $125,000 Per Annum
