We’re hiring an Inventory Control Clerk for our Houston, TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: Inventory Control Clerk
• Location: Houston, TX
• Pay: $20–$22/hr. DOE
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Duration: Temp-to-Hire
• Description of Duties: Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts and transaction reviews; investigate and resolve discrepancies while keeping detailed records; oversee inventory movement, lot tracking, and location control; conduct periodic audits and identify process improvements; support daily operations by coordinating with internal teams and assisting with inventory-related training and procedures; communicate with purchasing and estimating teams regarding materials and alternatives.
• Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; 2–3 years of experience in pipe fabrication or related industry; strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities; proficiency in Microsoft Office, with J.D. Edwards experience preferred; working knowledge of piping materials and inventory processes; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
