Document Control Clerk – Corona, CA (Aerospace/Manufacturing)

York Employment is currently seeking a detail-oriented Document Control Clerk for an aerospace manufacturing client in Corona. This role is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining engineering and production documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company and aerospace industry standards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations by ensuring only current, approved documents are in circulation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and organize blueprints, engineering drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and technical documentation within an aerospace environment
  • Manage document revision control by releasing updated versions and removing obsolete materials in accordance with aerospace standards
  • Input, scan, and file records including inspection reports, certifications, and customer approvals into ERP/DMS systems
  • Ensure all documentation complies with internal quality standards and aerospace regulatory requirements (e.g., AS9100)
  • Support internal and external audits, including aerospace compliance audits, by providing accurate and complete documentation
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure document accuracy and availability
  • Maintain well-organized electronic and physical filing systems for easy access and retrieval
Qualifications

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of document control experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environment preferred

Skills:
