What You'll Do
  • Lead Master Data initiatives and cross-functional projects to improve data quality, governance, operational efficiency, and business outcomes
  • Partner with Business, IT, Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Operations teams to address data needs and ensure timely project delivery
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex Master Data issues while managing and prioritizing incoming requests to meet service expectations
  • Create, maintain, and update Customer, Vendor, and Material Master records through SAP, Precisely Evolve, and related systems, including mass updates using SAP and Precisely Studio tools
  • Drive data quality through audits, deduplication efforts, dormant record reviews, error analysis, and corrective action implementation
  • Ensure compliance with Master Data governance standards through verbal vendor bank validations, TIN verification, documentation reviews, and adherence to company policies and controls
  • Identify AI, automation and process improvement opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and enhance operational performance
  • Maintain and enhance SOPs, governance documentation, and change control procedures while supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide leadership through mentoring, onboarding, training, workload coordination, and development of team members
  • Monitor and report on Master Data KPIs, data quality metrics, request turnaround times, and overall process performance
What You'll Need
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional projects, process improvements, and Master Data initiatives
  • 7+ years of experience in Master Data, Data Governance, ERP Data Management, or a related field, including 5+ years working with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA
  • Demonstrated success in Customer, Vendor, and/or Material Master data quality, cleansing, standardization, or migration efforts
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience analyzing, validating, and reporting on large data sets (10K - 100K lines). Excel Power Query strongly preferred
  • Experience building Alteryx workflows or similar data management and automation tools required
  • Experience with Winshuttle / Precisely Studio or Evolve preferred
  • Strong understanding of Master Data governance, compliance requirements, internal controls, and data quality best practices
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence across business and technical teams
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing business needs
Your Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business, Business Administration or Accounting preferred
