About The Opportunity
ORBIS is seeking a Master Data Analyst to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of critical master data within SAP and other enterprise systems. In this role, you'll support material master records and artwork for value-add accessories, partner across teams, and help drive data governance and process improvements that directly support supply chain and customer operations.
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with ERP systems, and motivated by improving how data supports the business.
What You'll Do
As a Master Data Analyst, you will:
  • Create, maintain, and enhance material master records and associated artwork within SAP and related systems.
  • Ensure master data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with documented procedures and audit standards.
  • Utilize reference documentation and audit tools to validate data quality and resolve discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain departmental procedures and work instructions for assigned data areas.
  • Partner cross-functionally to prioritize and manage data requests based on customer needs and performance metrics.
  • Provide a high level of customer service through timely, accurate, and responsive support.
  • Identify and support lean, continuous improvement initiatives related to data quality and processes.
  • Share knowledge and collaborate with teammates to solve problems and support team goals.
  • Escalate complex data issues appropriately while exercising independent judgment.

What You Bring
Education & Experience
  • Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Design, Engineering, or related field required; bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems in master data management, data governance, or supply chain environments.

Key Skills for Success
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high data integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP or similar ERP experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator or similar graphics tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain data concepts to varied audiences.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
  • Problem-solving skills and sound judgment when working through complex or ambiguous situations.

Work Environment & Travel
  • Office-based role with standard business hours.
  • Up to 5% travel as needed to support the department, including occasional overnight stays.
  • Limited work outside regular business hours may be required.
