Job description

Job Summary:
CirrusLabs is a niche digital transformation company focused on innovation and customer value. They are seeking an AI / Data Specialist to provide analysis and implementation for Call Center Modernization using AI technologies to enhance customer interactions and optimize costs.
Responsibilities:
• Set up Speech to Text transcription using one of the products (Azure OpenAI or Lex or RingCentral native). Setup Rouge or Bleu metrics
• Setup AI Tools and build data pipeline
• Using one of the ETL tools, capability to perform data cleansing, transformation, enrichment etc.
• Use GenAI to summarize call center metrics and report against KPIs. Perform Sentiment Analysis
• Tune GenAI to optimize Rouge or Bleu score
• Implement ReACT framework for recommendations
• Prepare and present demos to client
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
• Expertise on GenAI and LLMs (OpenAI, Llama, BART etc.)
• Capability for Fine tuning and prompt tuning
• Knowlegde of Prompt Engineering
• Good experience in Cloud platforms
• Expertise on ETL tool, Rouge and Bleu metrics, LangChain
• Knowledge of Vector Databases (ChromaDB or equivalent)
• Lex/Polly or equivalent expertise
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and gather user feedback.
