Job description

Job Overview: The Master Data Analyst coordinates and performs day to day tasks for the creation, maintenance, and data quality throughout the lifecycle of a material for all Routes to Market, Business Units, and Bottlers. Develops knowledge and understands the end-to-end processes including impacts to up and down stream processes and systems. Supports the initiatives product launch process to ensure master data successfully supports flawless execution.

Is responsible for data accuracy, performing and reporting on periodic audits and data integrity checks. Provides data verification and analysis in SAP material master and applicable systems. Reviews data input and processes to ensure quality, consistency, and timeliness.

Maintains and supports relationships with all business partners related to material Master Data. Collaborates with functional groups on effectiveness and efficiencies of Master Data processes, including Sales Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, etc. Leverages data tools to analyze SAP and Legacy systems data to ensure compliance with business processes and a high level of data quality.

Develops and maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation and provides knowledge transfer for business processes & workflows within functional area. Improves and streamlines business processes within functional area. Participates in and/or leads projects internally to include material testing and supporting business design requirements, if applicable.
