Job description

Key Responsibilities

Master Data Management

  • Create, maintain, and update master data records for customers, vendors, products, inventory, employees, and other business entities.
  • Review and validate requests for new or modified master data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain data consistency across ERP, CRM, HRIS, financial, and operational systems.
  • Perform routine audits to identify duplicate, inaccurate, or incomplete records and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Support data cleansing, migration, and system implementation projects.
  • Develop and maintain master data standards, procedures, and documentation.
  • Generate reports and analyze data quality metrics to support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and IT to resolve data issues.


JumpCloud Administration

  • Administer the organization's JumpCloud directory platform for identity and access management.
  • Create, modify, disable, and remove user accounts based on employee lifecycle events.
  • Manage user groups, permissions, and role-based access controls (RBAC).
  • Configure and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and password policies.
  • Manage device enrollment and directory synchronization with cloud applications.
  • Monitor account activity and assist with security audits and compliance initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot user authentication and access issues.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure timely provisioning and deprovisioning of accounts.
  • Maintain documentation for JumpCloud administration processes and security procedures.

'Data Governance & Compliance

  • Enforce organizational data governance policies and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company security policies, regulatory requirements, and privacy standards.
  • Participate in internal and external audits related to data integrity and user access controls.
  • Recommend improvements to data management and identity management processes.
  • Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity planning related to master data and user administration.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • Associate degree with equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, Business Systems
