job purpose: The Master Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and governance of master data across enterprise systems. This role partners with cross-functional teams to enforce data standards, resolve data issues, and support system and process improvements. The Master Data Analyst ensures high data quality to enable reliable decision-making across the organization.
responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain master data assigned across various systems (NetSuite and Dynamics 365)
    • Master data examples include vendors, customers, items, spare parts, purchase prices, finished goods pricing, standard costs, bill of materials, and projects
  • Responsible for documenting and maintaining efficient master data processes, including system uploads, master data forms, process maps, and SOP's
  • Ensure adherence to defined governance standards
  • Conduct master data reviews for completeness, consistency, and relevance
  • Reconcile data across systems and resolve discrepancies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, to ensure scalable, efficient processes

skills/qualifications required:
  • B.S. in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field, or 1-2 years of hands-on experience in accounting, IT, or manufacturing support
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
  • Strong analytical, systems, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Highly curious and tolerant of ambiguity
  • Proficient in Microsoft products, database software and other applicable accounting and financial software and systems
