Job description

Why Renovo?
Renovo Solutions is a nationwide healthcare and life sciences technology management company. We offer a range of opportunities for employees to grow within the company. With a presence in 40+ states and a growing international footprint, we provide comprehensive solutions for managing and maintaining the equipment our clients depend on. We prioritize investing in our employees’ development, offering various phases and advancement paths. Through ongoing training, mentorship programs, and a supportive work environment, we foster professional growth and promote from within. Join our team to make a difference while advancing your career with Renovo.
Summary:
The Master Data Analyst owns the accuracy of asset, entitlement, and service data across Renovo life sciences accounts. Records arrive from separate client systems with inconsistent nomenclature and gaps. This seat does the work that turns that into a data set the business can bill, report, and defend in an audit.
The job is the data, not the tool. Platforms change. The standard, the mapping rules, and the discipline behind them carry across whatever system holds the records.
The role reports to the Manager, Master Data and Systems and works with Site Operations Managers, coordinators, Technical Supervisors, Sourcing and Payments, and Quality and Compliance. Platform integration and development sit with IT and the product team. This role owns the data inside the platform.
What you will do:
Data quality and maintenance:
  • Maintain asset, site, and hierarchy records to the documented data standard.
  • Identify and resolve duplicates, blank required fields, orphaned records, and stale data.
  • Improve nomenclature match rate against the serviceable asset baseline through systematic remapping.
  • Run recurring data quality checks and report exceptions with an owner and a due date.
  • Treat a wrong record as a defect: fix the source, not just the report.
Data loads and migration:
  • Execute asset and entitlement data loads and validate them against source and contract.
  • Reconcile records where the same asset appears differently across source systems, and apply the documented resolution rule.
  • Prepare and test data before a site is declared ready, against defined acceptance criteria.
  • Document every transformation applied to a data set so it can be reproduced.
  • Support data cleanup ahead of platform changes and validate the result on the other side.
Entitlement and coverage data:
  • Maintain entitlement and coverage records by service type in partnership with Sourcing and Payments.
  • Flag coverage records that do not match contract and track them to correction.
  • Support needs assessment and coverage change work with accurate asset data.
Reporting support and documentation:
  • Produce data extracts and pulls supporting KPI reporting, audits, and client requests.
  • Maintain documented data standards, definitions, and mapping rules.
  • Support user questions on data structure and record standards.
  • Escalate platform limitations and integration needs rather than building workarounds outside the system.
  • Follow GXP requirements, applicable quality systems, and OSHA and site safety procedures when working at a client site.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, scientific, data, or business field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 3+ years of master data, CMMS administration, data analysis, or data quality experience.
  • Advanced Excel required, including large data set handling, lookups, and pivot analysis.
  • Experience with a CMMS or field service platform and its data structures required.
  • Demonstrated experience on a data migration or large data cleanup effort.
  • Working knowledge of asset or equipment data, service records, and nomenclature standards.
  • Experience in a GXP or other regulated environment where data supports audit preferred.
  • Working knowledge of a reporting or business intelligence tool preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft and Google software applications.
  • Existing right to work in the United States required.
Education/Special Training:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered in place of a degree.
  • Training in data management, data analysis, or reporting tools preferred.
  • Where this role is based at a client site, escort of OEM and third-party engineers applies as it does to every site-based role, and escort qualification is required.
Required Competencies:
  • Accountability - takes ownership of assigned work and responsibilities, follows through, and closes the loop.
  • Data Integrity - treats a wrong record as a defect and fixes the source.
  • Attention to Detail - catches the exception in a large data set.
  • Process Discipline - documents transformations so work can be reproduced and audited.
  • Persistence - finishes a cleanup rather than leaving the difficult remainder.
  • Customer Service - treats internal data and reporting requests as real work with real deadlines.
  • Priority Setting - sequences competing data requests and cleanup work by impact.
  • Communication - explains data findings and record standards clearly to non-technical users.
  • Integrity - can admit mistakes, is direct and truthful, and acts in the best interest of customers, employees, and Renovo.
Success Measures:
  • Nomenclature match rate improvement against the serviceable baseline
  • Duplicate and blank required field reduction
  • Data load accuracy and acceptance against defined criteria
  • Entitlement record accuracy against contract
  • Turnaround time on data extract and pull requests
  • Currency of data standard and mapping documentation
  • Audit outcomes on data completeness and record accuracy
Safety Requirements:
  • Abide by and follow Renovo safety policies, procedures, and injury and illness prevention expectations.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for self and others when visiting customer sites, laboratories, offices, or operational environments.
  • Follow applicable customer site safety requirements, OSHA guidelines, and laboratory or facility-specific procedures as required.
  • Complete required safety training assignments on time.
Physical Requirements:
  • The role requires the ability to speak, hear, see, read, write, type, travel, sit, stand, walk, reach, bend, and participate in customer site and laboratory visits as needed.
  • Must be able to use standard office equipment and technology tools, including computer, phone, video conferencing, dashboards, and reporting systems.
  • Travel approximately 5-15% for site data validation, deployment support, and training.
Classification:
FLSA: Exempt
