Job description

Pay Rate: $20-$22 per hourSummary:
  • Location: Columbus, OH
  • Work Mode: ONSITE
  • Duration: 6 months, potential to convert
  • 8:30-5:30
Responsibilities:
  • Provide superior service by analyzing customer requests, ensuring compliance and accuracy, resolving/escalating issues, and communicating progress effectively.
  • Support Transactional Corporate Legal Document Fulfillment and Service of Process (SOP) functions.
  • Assist customers in partnering with government agencies to meet compliance regulations for business operations.
  • Review and submit initial filings, document requests, perform status/compliance checks, and manage legal service of process documentation.
  • Learn the complex client product line and jurisdictional rules, field incoming questions, and contribute to customer satisfaction and organizational success.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum two years of customer service or related work experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification; college study preferred.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage and prioritize demands from multiple sources.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent data entry and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fun but driven work environment.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving capability in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience creating process documentation.
  • Ability to assist in issue resolution with internal and external customers.
  • Experience in training and implementing process and policy changes.
  • Consultative approach in assisting customers, team members, and/or vendors with training on products and jurisdictional requirements.
  • Data analysis and process improvement recommendations.
