Job Description
Position Summary:
The Associate Master Data Analyst will support the creation, maintenance, and governance of master data within SAP and/or Oracle systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience working with large datasets to enable efficient operations.
This position is based in Irvine, CA and supports the Revelyst Adventure Sports platform
Schedule: Monday-Thursday in Office; Flexible Remote Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update master data records in SAP and/or Oracle (materials, vendors, customers, pricing, etc.).
  • Partner with team to manage shared support inbox for seasonal and ad hoc maintenance as required.
  • Validate data accuracy and completeness across multiple systems: PLM, PIM, and ERPs.
  • Perform data cleansing and enrichment activities to improve data quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing) to resolve data issues.
  • Generate reports and dashboards for data quality metrics and KPIs.
  • Support audits and compliance checks related to master data governance.
  • Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Project Support:
  • Support efforts to improve automation and reporting between Product Line Management systems and ERPs.
  • Product Information Management (Salsify) Support
    • Audit and enhance item master data in Partnership with Merchandising and Marketing teams
    • Partner with Sales teams to create special views and exports to simplify item setup with Key Accounts
    • Oversee creation and maintenance of special customer landing pages (product information sites) based with PIM
    • Train external users through one-on-one training (in person or remote sessions)

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills:
    • SAP and/or Oracle experience required; previous SAP Master Data Management experience preferred (materials, vendor, customer domains)
    • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data validation).
    • Experience with large datasets and data analysis techniques.
    • Familiarity with data governance principles and data quality tools.
    • Previous experience with Salsify or other Product Information Management systems preferred.
    • Previous experience with PLM systems (Centric) preferred
  • Soft Skills:
    • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range:
Annual Salary: $70,400.00 - $72,000.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
