This role is on-site full time in Irvine, California.
How you'll make an impact:
The Senior Analyst, Data Analytics works in the THV Program Operations and Analytics team within the PMO organization. The Senior Analyst manages end-to-end data pipelines and analytical models to deliver trusted, scalable analytics and reporting for portfolio, project, resource, and finance stakeholders. The role translates business needs into data requirements, builds automated ETL and semantic models, and advances organizational data maturity through strong data governance, quality, and standardization in support of operational execution.
  • Manage the complete data pipeline, from data intake, validation, mining, modeling, visualization, and reporting to end-user BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Partner with team to develop new analyses; collaborate with and influence stakeholders/leadership through fact-based analyses, drive change, and develop solutions, with continued enhancements.
  • Design, develop, deploy, maintain, and enhance star-schema and semantic data models to support dashboards, reporting, and advanced analytics.
  • Work with PPM tool to support and identify incremental tables for reporting. Update ingestion to include new tables, update semantic model, update reports as requested by stakeholders.
  • Effective communication and listening skills to understand stakeholder needs and effectively problem solve to deliver and communicate complex analytical findings clearly and concisely.
  • Perform validation and testing of models to ensure adequacy and determine need for reformulation.
  • Build and maintain automated ETL processes to ensure consistent, scalable, and high-quality data delivery.
  • Partner with stakeholders to monitor and improve data quality through structured validation, governance, and standardization activities.
  • Other incidental duties.

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field and 5 years of experience or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria

Technical Skills
  • Strong SQL skills and experience building automated data pipelines, including ETL/ELT development, Dataflow Gen2, and ingestion from enterprise systems such as PPM.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including semantic modeling, DAX, star schema design, and applying row-level security (RLS).
  • Ability to design, maintain, and enhance scalable data models, dashboards, and analytics solutions across disparate data sources.
  • Familiarity with database-centric applications and integrating data from multiple operational systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake

Analytics & Problem Solving
  • Ability to develop, analyze, and validate analytical or statistical models to support business decision-making.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate business questions into data requirements, data models, and reporting solutions.

  • Knowledge of data governance principles, including stewardship, data quality monitoring, standardization, and issue resolution.
  • Understanding of master data management concepts including domain/entity definitions, golden records (single source of truth), data matching, and data enrichment.
  • Commitment to maintaining data integrity through structured validation, adherence to processes, and continuous quality improvement.

For California (CA) the base pay range for this position is $92,000 to $130,000 (highly experienced).
