Master Data Analyst
LaSalle Network is hiring a Master Data Analyst for a contract opportunity supporting enterprise data operations and governance. This fully remote Master Data Analyst role is ideal for a highly analytical professional who knows how to turn complex data into clean, reliable, structured information. You'll work across ERP and integrated systems, partnering with business and IT stakeholders to improve data quality and support transformation initiatives. Strong communication, organization and attention to detail are essential.
What's the job?
  • Manage, clean and structure large, complex enterprise datasets
  • Perform data audits, reconciliations and quality checks
  • Support master data governance within a JD Edwards ERP environment
  • Identify and diagnose data quality issues across integrated systems
  • Develop structured Excel datasets for reporting, analysis and reconciliation
  • Partner with business and IT teams to implement corrective and preventative actions
  • Translate business requirements into data and system requirements
  • Support data integrity initiatives

What's needed?
  • Strong experience with ERP systems; JD Edwards experience is preferred, with SAP exposure also considered
  • Deep understanding of data governance, data quality management and MDM principles
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation, cleansing, structuring, auditing and reconciliation
  • Experience managing large datasets across integrated enterprise systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in ambiguous data environments
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong data integrity mindset
  • Ability to translate technical data issues into business impact
  • Winshuttle experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Power BI and SQL concepts preferred
