Job Title: MarTech Engineer

Location: Memphis, TN (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced MarTech Engineer to join a collaborative team focused on building and supporting enterprise marketing technology solutions. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical expertise in digital analytics, tag management, customer data platforms (CDPs), and marketing technology integrations, along with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.

The successful candidate will partner with Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Engineering teams to design, implement, optimize, and support modern marketing technology platforms while ensuring accurate data collection, audience activation, and analytics across digital properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain client-side and server-side tag management solutions using Adobe Launch and Google Tag Manager.
  • Configure rules, triggers, variables, data elements, and extensions to support enterprise analytics requirements.
  • Implement and maintain third-party marketing and advertising tags and pixels.
  • Configure, support, and optimize Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Develop measurement frameworks, event tracking strategies, KPI definitions, and data validation processes.
  • Support Customer Data Platform solutions including Salesforce Data Cloud, LiveRamp, Adobe Audience Manager, and Sprinklr.
  • Build and maintain audience segmentation, audience activation, identity resolution, and customer data integration processes.
  • Design and support scalable data layer architecture across enterprise digital platforms.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical implementation plans and documentation.
  • Develop business and technical requirements documents, implementation designs, and tracking specifications.
  • Provide ongoing platform administration, governance, troubleshooting, documentation, vendor coordination, and optimization.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality marketing technology solutions in an Agile environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Marketing Technology, Digital Analytics, Tag Management, or a closely related field.
  • Strong experience working with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Adobe Launch
    • Google Tag Manager (client-side and server-side)
    • Adobe Analytics
    • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
    • Salesforce Data Cloud
    • LiveRamp
    • Adobe Audience Manager
    • Sprinklr
  • Experience with audience activation, customer segmentation, identity resolution, customer data management, and marketing technology integrations.
  • Knowledge of data layer architecture, event tracking frameworks, and tag management best practices.
  • Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
