Job description

JOB SUMMARY

The FLEX Director, Digital Analytics is a key leader within Marriott's Enterprise Data, Analytics & AI organization, responsible for defining and advancing the analytics strategy that informs digital product decisions across our portfolio-including Marriott.com and the Bonvoy app-to help consumers seamlessly discover, shop and book, and enjoy their stay at Marriott properties.

This role serves as a strategic partner to Digital leaders, embedding analytics into product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and experience design. The Director shapes the analytical agenda by bringing clarity to complex business questions, identifying where to focus, and translating data into actions that improve traffic quality, conversion, revenue, and long-term customer value.

In close partnership with digital product, marketing, and channel teams, the Director ensures analytics support is aligned to key decisions across the customer journey. This includes developing a strong understanding of traffic acquisition and demand drivers-such as Paid Search, SEO, and other channels-and how they influence on-site behavior, conversion, and retention. The role also provides a holistic view of how Marriott's digital ecosystem builds awareness of the portfolio and the value of Marriott Bonvoy. Overall, the Director ensures strategies reflect both demand generation and conversion dynamics, as well as the broader role digital plays in driving customer engagement.

Beyond insight delivery, the Director leads the development of scalable measurement and experimentation capabilities, enabling continuous optimization of Marriott's digital ecosystem. By connecting behavioral, transactional, and market data, the role drives a forward-looking, insight-led approach to digital growth and customer experience innovation.
