Location: Courtyard by Marriott, Boone, NC
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / On-Call
Pay Rate: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour to start

General Overview:

We’re looking for motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Laundry Attendants & Public Area Cleaners. This behind-the-scenes role is essential to delivering the high standards our guests expect. You’ll ensure our hotel stays fresh, clean, and guest-ready by keeping linens spotless and public areas looking their best.

What You’ll Do:

Laundry Duties

  • Collect, sort, and transport dirty linens

  • Load and unload washers and dryers

  • Fold, organize, and restock clean linens

  • Maintain cleanliness of laundry room and equipment

  • Monitor and report linen or equipment shortages

Public Area Duties

  • Clean and maintain lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and guest-facing public areas

  • Respond to guest needs with professionalism and hospitality

  • Support housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed

  • Assist with light trash collection, tidying, and replenishing supplies

Compensation & Benefits:
