in this role, you're not just a Front Desk Representative; you're the maestro orchestrating the symphony of our guests' experiences. As you glide through the lobby, you welcome guests with a warm smile, making them feel instantly at home.

You seamlessly register guests, assign rooms, and turn special requests into delightful surprises. Ever the efficiency guru, you check guests in and out like a pro, ensuring they're in the loop about all our fantastic services.

In the midst of it all, you maintain the front desk area, a shining beacon of hospitality. You're the guardian of positive guest relations, resolving any concerns with grace. And when it comes to billing accuracy, you're the maestro, ensuring harmony in every transaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

  • Effective verbal communication skills with guests and team members
  • Basic computer skills (we love tech-savvy folks)
  • Physical agility for prolonged periods of standing/walking and occasional bending and reaching
  • A sprinkle of exposure to cleaning chemicals won't faze you

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Previous Hilton experience

WHEN & WHERE

  • Schedule: Part-Time, Rotating weekends from 3:00 pm - 11:00 Friday - Sunday, and 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm Monday - Wednesday.
