Job description

RDH Contracting is seeking a motivated Pavement Marking Technician to
join our crew in Nashville! If you enjoy working outdoors and taking pride in
precision, this could be the job for you. Experience is a plus, but we’re
willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
 Apply pavement markings (lines, symbols, etc.) using paint, thermoplastic, or other materials
 Operate marking equipment and maintain tools
 Assist with traffic control setup and site preparation
 Follow safety protocols and project specifications

Requirements:
 Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
 Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs. and standing for long periods
 Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (CDL a plus)
 Attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude
