Position Overview

The Assistant Supply Manager supports the efficient procurement, inventory management, and distribution of materials and equipment critical to pavement marking operations. This role ensures consistent material availability, cost control, and alignment with project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels of materials such as paint, thermoplastics, and supplies • Forecast supply needs based on project schedules • Coordinate procurement and vendor relationships • Support field operations and logistics planning • Track fleet-related consumables • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards • Assist with cost tracking and reporting

Qualifications

Required: • High school diploma or GED • 2+ years relevant experience • Strong organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Preferred: • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or related field • Construction or industrial experience • Inventory system experience
