Overview:
We're looking for a detail-driven, deadline-obsessed Marketing Traffic Coordinator to keep our creative projects moving and our team on track. This role is the hub of communication between Marketing, Creative, and cross-functional partners-ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and with excellence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day flow of marketing projects from kickoff to completion.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Serve as the central point of contact between marketing, creative, and other internal departments.
  • Communicate clearly-both verbally and in writing-to follow up on deadlines, provide status updates, and escalate roadblocks.
  • Maintain project management tools, calendars, and reports to keep leadership informed of progress.
  • Coordinate revisions, feedback, and approvals across multiple stakeholders.
  • Support campaign launches by ensuring all assets are delivered accurately and on schedule.
  • Help identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and collaboration.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, creative services, or project coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills-you love a good checklist.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for follow-up and diplomacy.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with project management or workflow tools
  • A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to anticipate what's next.
