General Summary
We seek a highly energetic team player to fulfill a Marketing Coordinator position to participate in our company's advertising and marketing campaigns. Your main responsibilities include conducting market research, events coordination, producing promotional materials, and analyzing sales data.
  • Our ideal candidate must be experienced in conducting research to analyze and gather data through various customer portals and interpret customers' behavior and suggest creative ways to increase brand awareness and market share. Our ideal candidate must be able to design and execute marketing campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives, as well as deploy visionary concepts into actionable plans. Our candidate must be able to establish and design internal tracking systems and dashboards to help the leadership team.identify and track marketing benefits and success of online marketing activities.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, execute and manage community and corporate events with Marketing Agents and Director of Marketing
  • Ability to design websites to be functional, dynamic and well-organized both for internal and external clients
  • Conduct research to analyze customers' behavior (e.g. purchasing habits, trends and preferences)
  • Help design and implement successful marketing campaigns across residential and commercial sales
  • Set up tracking systems for online/social media activities
  • Track progress and provide guidance to RTC leadership team and analyze competitors offering through various SWOT analysis
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data
  • Collaborate with Director of Marketing to produce promotional materials
  • Craft clear, creative product marketing copy
  • Organize promotional activities for new products/services
  • Prepare (monthly, quarterly, and annual) forecasts

Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing/Event Coordinator, Marketing Specialist or similar role
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools and strategies
  • Experience with research methods using data analytics software
  • Expertise or high level of experience in Wordpress and Adobe Creative Suite
  • SEO/SEM Experience
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, Excel web analytics and Google AdWords and Google analytics
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • BS degree in Marketing or relevant field experience
