Digital Marketing Program Manager

About the Role:
The Digital Marketing Program Manager will be a key leader within our Marketing organization, responsible for developing and scaling a profitable, agency-style digital marketing program for Do it Best Group retailers. This role will create and manage a comprehensive, fee-based digital marketing offering that enables retailers to effectively execute lower-funnel and brand-building strategies across digital channels.
This individual will combine strategic vision, hands-on digital expertise, and strong business acumen to build a program that drives measurable ROI for retailers while contributing to company revenue growth. The role requires deep knowledge of paid digital media, social media (paid and organic), content development, and digital analytics.
Responsibilities include:
  • Lead the strategy, development, and execution of a scalable, revenue-generating digital marketing program for retailers
  • Build and manage a retail-facing "agency-style" offering including services, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market approach
  • Establish program KPIs, measurement frameworks, and ROI tracking at the retailer level
  • Own program P&L to ensure profitability and sustainable growth
  • Develop and execute lower-funnel paid media strategies (e.g., Google Shopping, paid search, performance media)
  • Lead paid and organic social media strategy, including campaign development, audience targeting, and performance optimization
  • Oversee content strategy and development across digital channels to support retailer campaigns and brand consistency
  • Partner with analytics teams to define reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights for retailers and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, ecommerce, merchandising, and field teams to ensure program alignment and adoption
  • Manage vendor and platform relationships (media partners, tech platforms, agencies as needed)
  • Lead go-to-market execution, including retailer onboarding, training, and ongoing support
  • Drive continuous improvement through testing, optimization, and innovation in digital marketing tactics
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to evolve program capabilities

Education and Experience:
Minimum
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field; equivalent professional experience considered
  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Proven experience building, scaling, or managing marketing programs, including fee-based or agency-style offerings, ideally within a retail, agency, or multi-location environment
  • Demonstrated experience developing organic social media strategies and content, aligned to brand and business goals

  • Experience in retail, franchise, or co-op marketing environments
