Job description

Position Summary
The Digital Platform Manager is the business-side product owner for Festool North America's marketing technology ecosystem. This role owns the roadmap, platform performance, integrations, governance, and scalability of the digital systems that support the website, consumer-facing CRM, lifecycle marketing, personalization, analytics, commerce, and future marketing capabilities. This role partners closely with IT, external agencies and developers, as well as global teams to ensure regional business objectives are met.
What You'll Do
Digital Product Strategy and Roadmap
  • Own and manage the digital product roadmap for Festool North America's websites and connected marketing technology ecosystem, aligning platform priorities to business goals, customer experience needs, and long-term digital marketing maturity.
  • Continuously research emerging marketing technologies, platform enhancements, automation opportunities, and industry best practices to improve digital marketing maturity and scalability
  • Own platform performance against commercial customer-journey outcomes, including traffic quality, engagement, consideration, dealer/eCommerce handoff, conversion registration and repeat engagement.

Requirements and Delivery
  • Translate marketing, ecommerce, consumer-facing CRM, analytics, and customer experience needs into clear business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical briefs.
  • Manage platform enhancements, QA, testing, deployments, and post-launch optimization in partnership with internal stakeholders, IT, global teams, agencies, developers, and vendors.

Platform Architecture, Integration, and Administration
  • Architect, build, and optimize workflows, data flows, integrations, automation, personalization, and reporting capabilities across the marketing technology ecosystem.
  • Lead onboarding, configuration, and day-to-day administration of marketing technology platforms, ensuring tools are properly set up, connected, maintained, and adopted by the business.

Governance and Business Enablement
  • Establish and maintain governance for platform access, documentation, data quality, release management, tagging, tracking, and integration standards.
  • Enable marketing, ecommerce, consumer-facing CRM, content, analytics, and demand generation teams by ensuring digital platforms support campaigns, automation, testing, personalization, reporting, operational efficiency, and future growth
  • Proactively identify and resolve delivery barriers across regional and global stakeholders, escalating dependencies with clear business impact, alternatives and required decisions.

Qualifications
Minimum requirements to competently perform the key responsibilities of this job in terms of educational background, work experience, licenses/certifications or other knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with relevant focus, such as Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Digital Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, marketing technology, digital product management, or related field.
  • Experience working with marketing technology platforms, including website/CMS platforms, consumer-facing CRM systems, marketing automation tools, analytics/reporting platforms, customer data platforms, and ecommerce integrations; examples may include Sitecore, WordPress, Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Shopify, or similar tools.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, documentation, user stories, or technical briefs for developers, agencies, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience supporting digital workflows, platform governance, QA, release management, data quality, reporting, or integration processes.
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across marketing, IT, agencies, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Must be based in or within a reasonable commuting distance of Lebanon, IN, and available to work onsite a minimum of two days per week to support collaboration, communication, and alignment with the Marketing team.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in durable goods, premium consumer/professional products, ecommerce.
  • Experience supporting first-party data, customer segmentation, personalization, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation initiatives.
  • Experience improving digital workflows, platform governance, documentation, QA, release management, or integration processes.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver digital initiatives involving marketing, IT, agencies, vendors, and business stakeholders
Travel Requirements
  • 25% - regular domestic and occasional international as needed
