Tyndale's Marketing team is growing as we hire a hands-on, data-driven marketing operations leader with deep expertise in HubSpot, marketing automation, CRM processes, and campaign execution.
This manager brings strong experience optimizing email marketing, workflows, lead scoring, attribution modeling, and account-based marketing initiatives while partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, and Salesforce teams to optimize lead flow, reporting, and overall campaign performance. This individual combines strong operational and analytical skills with a practical understanding of AI-enabled marketing operations, leveraging AI tools to enhance segmentation, personalization, efficiency, reporting, and decision-making in a thoughtful and measurable way.

HYBRID/REMOTE: Tyndale supports a strong work-life balance. This opportunity requires onsite work a minimum of 1 day per week, and 4 days per week remotely. To be considered, candidates must reside within a commutable distance from our Tyndale offices in City Centre, Houston TX or our headquarters in Pipersville, PA (Bucks County).


Responsibilities

HubSpot Platform Management

  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for HubSpot.
  • Manage overall platform configuration, user access, permissions, governance, and system hygiene.
  • Maintain and optimize properties, lists, forms, landing pages, templates, and automation assets.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and best practices across the HubSpot environment.
  • Evaluate and implement HubSpotโ€™s native AI capabilities, as well as complementary AI tools, where they can improve efficiency, scalability, and campaign performance.
  • Help establish best practices for the responsible use of AI in marketing operations, including data quality, governance, and process consistency.

Email Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Build, test, schedule, and deploy marketing email campaigns within HubSpot.
  • Manage audience segmentation, suppression lists, personalization, and campaign QA.
  • Apply AI-supported approaches to improve email performance, including audience targeting, personalization, subject line testing, send optimization, and content recommendations.
  • Ensure campaigns follow brand standards, compliance requirements, and email deliverability best practices.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve engagement, conversion, and operational efficiency.

Workflow Automation

  • Design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot HubSpot workflows and automation programs.
  • Support lead nurturing, lifecycle management, routing, notifications, and operational processes.
  • Identify opportunities to incorporate AI into workflow logic, operational alerts, lead prioritization, and campaign orchestration where it adds clear business value.

ABM Support

  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to support account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Build target account lists, segmentation strategies, and campaign automation to support ABM programs.
  • Use data, intent signals, and AI-assisted insights, where appropriate, to help identify target accounts, prioritize engagement, and refine audience strategy.

Lead Scoring & Attribution

  • Develop, manage, and refine lead scoring models in HubSpot to improve lead prioritization and handoff.
  • Partner with stakeholders to evolve scoring frameworks using behavioral, firmographic, and engagement data, including AI-informed approaches when appropriate.
  • Establish and maintain lead attribution frameworks to measure marketing contribution across channels and campaigns.
  • Use analytics and AI-supported insights to identify trends in funnel performance, campaign influence, and conversion behavior.

Reporting, Insights & Optimization

  • Create dashboards and reports to track campaign effectiveness, funnel performance, lead quality, attribution, and operational KPIs.
  • Leverage AI-enabled analytics and reporting tools to identify patterns, surface opportunities, and improve decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, reporting, platform adoption, and the effective use of AI across marketing operations.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, CRM administration, or a related role.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, Information Systems required; equivalent experience demonstrating comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities in the relevant functional area may be considered in lieu of a directly related degree
  • Strong expertise in HubSpot administration, including email campaigns, workflows, lists, forms, segmentation, reporting, and overall platform management.
  • Experience supporting ABM programs, lead scoring, lead attribution, and lead lifecycle management.
  • Experience working with Salesforce integrations, lead flow processes, and cross-platform data alignment.
  • Practical experience applying AI tools or AI-enabled capabilities to improve campaign execution, personalization, reporting, or operational efficiency.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, operations, and technology teams.
  • HubSpot certifications strongly preferred.
  • Additional certifications or training in Salesforce, marketing automation, analytics, revenue operations, or AI-enabled marketing tools are a plus.


Work Environment/Physical Demands:

  • Primarily operates in a professional office or remote work environment, with extended periods working on a computer and within marketing platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
    โ€ข Requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain focus in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
    โ€ข Frequent collaboration with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations, and technology) through virtual meetings, requiring clear communication and responsiveness.
    โ€ข Must be able to remain stationary for extended periods and occasionally adjust working hours to support campaign launches, reporting deadlines, or cross-functional initiatives.

Hybrid work environment - 1 day a week onsite required.
