Main purpose of the Operations Associate role:

This is a full-time position that will be supporting the Operations Manager. 

*FT and PT roles avaialable


Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

  • Manage stock level, logistics and sell through while BOH Manager off site 
  • Ensure back of house is kept organized
  • Partner with REVOLVE Warehouse team 
  • Assist customers and monitor client interaction with the team and technology, provide in the moment coaching for continuous improvement
  • Uphold consistent inventory accuracy and controls in store. Lead & train the team in store to ensure consistent deliverables.
  • Contribute to Loss Prevention in all areas of the business, set expectations & own training for the store team.
  • Ensure facility maintenance, presentation and organization.
  • Ensure the selling floor reflects the brand and concept standards at all times, train staff and develop talent in visual merchandising
  • Understand current culture and areas for improvement, work with FWRD Pop-Up

Required Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Minimum of 2 years Retail Experience required.
  • Luxury retail management experience preferred.
  • Candidates must also be outgoing, energetic, professional and good representatives of our brand and be able to emanate the FWRD brand life-style
  • Customer centric - proven ability to foster and maintain personal relationships with clients to build brand loyalty to FWRD
  • Motivated and willing to go above and beyond to service the client
  • Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross functional team environment setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities
  • The drive to take on new challenges with the self-motivation for continuous personal and team development
  • The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment 
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial sense of urgency and ability to prioritize important work

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Gmail, excel, word and online navigation
  • Retail experience 
  • Understanding of garment bodies and fashion trends
  • Understanding of retail metrics and terms
  • Ability to be flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary
  • Ability to bend, lift, open and move product up to 50 lbs.


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Previous retail experience
