Job Summary โ€ขDevelop and lead the regional go-to-market strategy for all digital marketing activations across the U.S. and Canada. โ€ขOwn and manage media budget allocation across Paid Social, Retail Media Networks, Programmatic, OTT/Connected TV, and OOH channels. โ€ขLead retailer co-op media planning and investment strategies across key retail partners, building relationships with retailer media teams and agency partners. โ€ขOversee the development of all digital creative briefs, ensuring strategic alignment with campaign objectives and platform-specific optimization. โ€ขOversee Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) reporting and performance analysis to evaluate media effectiveness and investment efficiency. โ€ขTranslate data and insights into actionable recommendations that improve media planning, budget allocation, and campaign performance. โ€ขServe as a key strategic partner to Brand Marketing, Commercial, Ecommerce, Creative, Analytics, and Retail teams. Minimum Requirements: โ€ขBackground in brand side performance marketing (not agency) โ€ขBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. โ€ข10 years of experience in digital marketing, media planning, retail media, or omnichannel marketing, preferably within beauty, luxury, consumer goods, or retail. โ€ขProven experience managing significant media budgets across digital, retail media, OTT, and OOH channels. โ€ขStrong expertise in paid media strategy, media planning, attribution, and performance measurement. โ€ขExperience leveraging Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and advanced analytics to drive decision-making. โ€ขDemonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and agency partnerships. Preferred Qualifications: โ€ขDeep understanding of retailer media ecosystems, including key specialty beauty and department store partners. โ€ขExceptional strategic thinking, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. โ€ขBackground in DTC digital activation and upper-funnel brand investment management. โ€ขExperience collaborating with global performance marketing teams on integrated media strategies.
