Head of Marketing

At Endress+Hauser, progress happens by working together. As the global leader in measurement instrumentation, our ~18,000 employees shape the future in the field of process automation. Whether developing and realizing new technology as a team, collaborating to build instrumentation, or strengthening vital relationships with countless global industries, we work to create trusted relationships that help everyone thrive. As a family-owned company, we look beyond short-term moves and work to create a vision that is forward-thinking for our people, our clients, and the world at large.

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead commercial growth initiatives for our Temperature+System Products business across North and South America.

This is more than a marketing leadership role - it's an opportunity to influence business strategy, shape the future product portfolio, drive market expansion and develop a high-performing commercial team. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will have a direct impact on sustainable growth while collaborating with global stakeholders, regional sales organizations, and cross-functional teams.

As a key member of the leadership team, you'll help define the direction of the Temperature & System Products business in the Americas. You'll work closely with global product management, industry leaders, industrial engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure our solutions meet evolving customer needs and market opportunities.

Partnering closely with Endress+Hauser Sales Centers throughout the Americas, you'll support market expansion initiatives, pricing strategies, forecasting efforts, and private-label business growth. Your leadership will help strengthen market presence while ensuring alignment across regional and global teams.

Which tasks will you perform?

You will:

  • Build a highly engaged and capable marketing organization
  • Create and execute strategies that deliver profitable growth
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and industry trends
  • Strengthen collaboration between production, product management, and sales organizations
  • Drivie accountability through meaningful KPIs and performance metrics
  • Support long-term business planning through forecasting and market intelligence

What do we expect from you?

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
  • 7+ years of experience in process instrumentation, industrial automation, or technical sales
  • Proven ability to develop business strategies and lead commercial growth initiatives
  • Strong understanding of industrial process industries and customer applications

What can you expect from us?

  • Family-owned, highly committed global company with a sustainable vision of the future.
  • Lifelong learning encouraged by versatile training, tuition reimbursement, success coaching, and further education opportunities.
  • Comprehensive benefit package (to include medical, dental, vision) and 401(k) savings with company match.
  • Compensation is competitive and includes bonus opportunities.
  • Work-life balance encouraged through our 10 company-paid holidays, paid time off, paid parental leave, employee assistance programs (financial, mental, and physical health and wellbeing), and employee discounts.
  • Employees work in a safety-first, climate controlled, clean manufacturing facility with utilization of Lean practices and ergonomic workstations to enhance productivity and comfort.
  • On-site amenities such as cafeteria, gym, health clinic, and ergonomic support, to foster a convenient and health-conscious workplace environment.
