Position Objective
To execute and optimize Tech Electronics' marketing intelligence and operations activities through market research, customer and prospect data analysis, audience development, marketing technology, automation, reporting, and sales enablement support. This role provides the data, tools, and operational execution needed to support demand generation, campaign performance, and alignment between Marketing and Sales.
Job Summary
The Marketing Intelligence Analyst transforms customer data, market intelligence, sales insights, and performance analytics into actionable opportunities that support lead generation and sales enablement.
Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Technology Directors, and company leadership, this role researches customer and market growth opportunities, builds target audiences, executes the data and workflow components of campaigns, optimizes marketing and sales enablement technologies, and uses data, automation, and reporting to improve marketing effectiveness, sales productivity, and pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Intelligence & Market Research
  • Conduct market and customer research to identify growth opportunities by geography, industry, technology, customer type, and market trends.
  • Analyze Tech Electronics' customer base and target markets to identify cross-sell, upsell, whitespace, and new business opportunities.
  • Develop Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), target account strategies, and audience recommendations to support marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Research initiatives based on regional sales needs, Technology Director initiatives, company priorities, and competitive or market activity.

Data Analytics & Insights
  • Analyze customer, lead, opportunity, campaign, website, and sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities that support lead generation and sales effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting for MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, campaign performance, pipeline activity, website performance, and other key marketing metrics.
  • Maintain website analytics and Google Analytics reporting to evaluate traffic, user behavior, conversions, lead sources, and overall website effectiveness.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for Marketing, Sales, and company leadership.

Demand Generation & Campaign Intelligence
  • Support campaign discovery by using customer, market, and performance data to identify audiences and opportunities for demand generation.
  • Partner with the Digital Marketing Strategist to translate research, regional requests, and business needs into targeted campaign opportunities.
  • Build campaign audiences, target account lists, segmentation, and supporting data, while coordinating the data and workflow components needed for launch.
  • Monitor campaign results and provide insights to improve targeting, future campaign strategy, and lead generation performance.

Sales Enablement
  • Build and maintain prospect lists, account intelligence, sales cadences, workflows, and other resources that support Sales outreach and campaign follow-up.
  • Configure and maintain sales enablement tools and processes that improve prospecting, lead follow-up, customer engagement, and sales productivity.
  • Execute sales enablement components of marketing campaigns, including audience assignment, outreach workflows, lead routing, and follow-up processes.

Marketing Operations, Technology & Automation
  • Serve as a key user and resource for Account Engagement/Pardot, Salesforce Sales Engagement, ZoomInfo, Acumatica, GovSpend, Dodge/CMD, Google Analytics and other applicable marketing and sales technologies.
  • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot workflows, integrations, and automation supporting data movement, lead management, campaign execution, reporting, and sales follow-up.
  • Maintain platform data quality, segmentation, system processes, and documentation to support accurate and efficient marketing operations.
  • Implement approved technology, workflow, automation, and process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability., automation, and process enhancements that improve efficiency, data quality, and scalability.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, demand generation, sales enablement, business intelligence, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement, data intelligence, and reporting platforms.
  • Strong understanding of lead management, audience segmentation, campaign workflows, sales processes, and marketing performance measurement.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills, including experience developing reports, dashboards, target account lists, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Technology, and leadership.
