The Seller Success Marketing Planning & Strategy organization is seeking a Manager, Marketing Intelligence Delivery to serve as the primary business partner between Marketing Intelligence and Seller Marketing organizations. This leader owns stakeholder engagement, work planning, and delivery coordination across a shared analytics organization.
About the team:
The Marketing Intelligence team within Seller Success Marketing Planning & Strategy drives data-informed decision-making across Seller Marketing. Collaborating with Lifecycle, Acquisition, External Marketing, Events, and cross-functional partners, the team measures performance, delivers strategic insights, and develops scalable analytics capabilities. By standardizing measurement, advancing reporting, and applying sophisticated analytics, the team empowers marketing leaders to make informed decisions that support business growth. This group plays a critical role in aligning marketing strategies with organizational goals, ensuring effective execution and continuous improvement through strong stakeholder engagement and operational excellence.
What you'll do:
  • Serve as the primary Marketing Intelligence partner for assigned stakeholder organizations.
  • Develop trusted relationships across Lifecycle, Acquisition, External Marketing, Events, and Owned Channels.
  • Translate business objectives into analytics workstreams.
  • Lead delivery across a portfolio of marketing analytics initiatives.
  • Coordinate analysts, data scientists, data engineers, and technical partners.
  • Manage delivery risks and stakeholder communications.
  • Support campaign measurement, executive reporting, experimentation, and strategic analyses.
  • Drive adoption of standardized dashboards and analytics products.
  • Manage intake, prioritization, and quarterly planning.
  • Continuously improve Marketing Intelligence operating mechanisms.

What you'll bring: Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years in marketing analytics, consulting, business operations, or program management.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Marketing or Growth organizations.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence or Data Science teams.
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Experience with marketing measurement and experimentation.
