Your role:

The Sr. Manager, US Commercial Marketing is a strategic leader responsible for the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive business growth and revenue expansion for Baxter's Patient Support Systems.

This role is responsible for the management of downstream marketing activities, including market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer engagement, to ensure alignment with business goals and drive market share growth for the entire Patient Support Systems portfolio, with an estimated revenue target of 500M+.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans using market insights, competitive intelligence, and pricing strategies.

  • Coordinate product launch strategies, including objectives, tactics, KPIs, and training for the US market.

  • Provide marketing, sales, and technical support at events, customer sites, and workshops to drive revenue.

  • Deliver effective marketing and sales tools aligned to customer needs and stakeholder value propositions.

  • Define and implement go-to-market strategies with cross-functional teams, including positioning and target customers.

  • Partner closely with Sales to implement strategies, support deals, and achieve/exceed sales and market share goals.

  • Capture and share market insights (trends, competition, KOLs) and collaborate with global teams to advise product development and differentiation.

  • Travel up to 30%.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred

  • 8+ years professional experience in Product Management or Marketing, preferably medical device or capital equipment (such as a Med-Surg, ICU, Specialty bed)

  • Showed strength to clearly and concisely communicate, both written and verbally, to all internal and client stakeholders at all levels.

  • Consistent track record of delivering engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Salesforce, with a proven understanding of various ERP systems.

  • Demonstrated ability to interpret, analyze, and apply technical information including but not limited to technical manuals, technical bulletins, and schematics

  • Expertise in marketing and branding concepts, with an advanced understanding of the product development and commercialization process that incorporates customer requirements.

  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of clinical workflows and sales process

  • Successful track record of leading multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to work independently, show initiative, and serve as an inspiring leader.

  • Confirmed ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong AI, analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills

The estimated base salary for this position is $144,00.00 to $198,000.00 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
