What You’ll do
As a Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing you will be instrumental in spearheading the creative development and seamless execution of end-to-end production processes for all marketing materials and in-store signage. This position will collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing, alongside marketing colleagues, merchants, store operations, and various stakeholders, to craft top-tier creative content and establish streamlined processes that ensure error-free, on-brand, and easily executable marketing collateral for both outbound and in-store marketing.

 

  • Lead the internal creative team and external agency partners to develop impactful creative content that exemplifies the differentiation of Rural King vs. competitors.
  • Lead work to compel and cohesive creative solutions that align with the Rural King brand's values and resonate with the target audience
  • Develop, optimize, and enhance processes to automate, track, and streamline work.
  • Partner with various external agency partners to develop, update, and enhance Rural King’s visual identity and branding.
  • Develop and direct overall brand creative and visual identity work for the Rural King.
  • Develop and execute creative concepts that align with the brand's visual identity and guidelines.
  • Create and maintain a library of brand assets, including logos, typography, color palettes, and visual elements.
  • Develop a content development strategy to build content necessary to support personalization and diversification of Rural King’s media strategy.
  • Partner with the VP of Marketing, and Director of Pricing and Marketing Planning to develop content and creative necessary to activate the Rural King integrated marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Store Operations, Space Planning and Marketing teams to understand creative needs and objectives, and create impactful, and visually appealing retail store layouts.
  • Create engaging in-store experiences through effective placement of signage, displays, and visual merchandising elements.
  • Partner with Merchandising and Sourcing to develop brands, their guidelines, and create artwork for packaging, print, social, and other medias.
  • Ensure packaging designs are both visually appealing and functional.
  • Create various brand collateral, including video, print, digital and other marketing materials.
  • Ensure consistency in design elements and messaging across all brand collateral.
  • Design impactful signage for retail stores, including exterior signage, wayfinding signs, and promotional displays.
  • Create visually appealing environmental graphics that enhance the overall brand experience within the retail space.
  • Design engaging visuals for the brand's digital platforms, including website graphics, social media assets, and digital advertisements.
  • Ensure a seamless and consistent brand experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Communicate and present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders.
  • Design and optimize end to end process workflows for producing all marketing collateral after taking handoff and input from marketing planning teams.
  • Lead the marketing operations team and collaborate with merchants and vendor partners in collecting all pricing, copy, and images necessary to produce on time, error free marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with VP Marketing, Director Integrated Marketing Planning, Manager Digital Marketing, and Manager Creative to understand and plan for all different types of media production, including video, print, email, sms, social media, etc.
  • Partner with the creative team to obtain, organize design assets, such as images, graphics, videos, etc for use in marketing materials. Work with VP Marketing to develop a Digital Asset Management system.
  • Lead relationships with external production agencies to map out, improve, and continuously optimize our overall production processes to stay nimble as media changes over time.
  • Partner with internal marketing and store operations peers, and lead relationship with external signage agencies to improve our pricing and creative signage for stores- developing more impactful, easier to implement solutions.
  • Lead initiative to overhaul long term marketing operation processes through partnership with external agencies. Benchmark RK’s operations vs. best in class and then make improvements to bring RK operations to or near best-in-class standards.
  • Lead relationship with external agency partners for print advertising and production.
  • Develop and/or invest in tools that help automate and track production workflows, as well as track performance in efforts to optimize performance and reduce errors and unnecessary work overtime.
  • Lead associates in a way that exemplifies the leadership principles taught in Rural King’s Thrive Leadership Program.
  • Use discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Actively participate in learning initiatives offered such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.

The pay range for this position is $76,000 - $90,000 annualized and is bonus eligible. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as relevant geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs.
