Job description

Position Summary

The Strategic Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing programs that drive commercial growth, strengthen brand awareness, and connect Chromalloy's portfolio of solutions to target markets and customers. Working closely with the VP of Marketing & Communications and cross-functional teams, this role owns campaign strategy and execution, marketing collateral, digital marketing initiatives, market intelligence, and CRM-driven demand generation.

This is a hands-on, results-oriented role for a B2B marketing professional with strong project management capability, creative energy, and a deep understanding of how to translate business objectives into compelling marketing programs with measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Integrated Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, aligned to Chromalloy's commercial priorities, product roadmap, and target markets — including airlines, MRO operators, military customers, and energy companies.
  • Own the marketing programs calendar, aligning campaign activity to pipeline objectives and commercial opportunities in close coordination with Sales and Business Development.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to maximize ROI and continuously improve effectiveness.
  • Leverage marketing automation and AI-assisted tools to scale campaign delivery and optimize performance across key audiences and markets.

Marketing Collateral & Sales Enablement

  • Own the development and production of customer-facing marketing materials — including product sheets, presentations, case studies, white papers, capability brochures, and promotional content — ensuring all deliverables are aligned to brand standards and commercial messaging.
  • Develop value-added selling tools, including digital and interactive formats, that clearly communicate Chromalloy's value proposition to existing and prospective customers.
  • Partner with the Communications & Digital Media Manager to ensure all collateral is aligned to the approved brand voice and messaging framework.

Digital Marketing

  • Own the execution of digital marketing initiatives including email marketing, SEO/SEM, paid media, content marketing programs, and online advertising.
  • Manage campaign landing pages and digital campaign content on chromalloy.com in coordination with the Communications & Digital Media Manager (brand/editorial) and cross functional teams.
  • Leverage CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to support lead generation, lead nurturing, campaign tracking, and pipeline reporting.

Market Research & Customer Insights

  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and commercial opportunities that inform marketing strategy and program development.
  • Support voice-of-the-customer initiatives in partnership with the Customer Service and Sales teams to ensure marketing programs reflect market realities and drive customer engagement.
  • Monitor competitor marketing activity and bring relevant insights to the VP of Marketing & Communications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within aerospace, aviation, MRO, manufacturing, defense, or industrial sectors.
  • Ability to travel 25%.
  • Experience managing integrated campaigns in a global environment required.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns with measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex technical subject matter into clear, audience-appropriate marketing content.
  • Proficiency with marketing and CRM platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and similar tools.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels including email, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid media.
  • Strong analytical skills — able to interpret campaign data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Proven project management capability — able to manage multiple simultaneous programs against aggressive deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools is a plus.
