Job Overview:
Pay Range: $28/hr - $33/hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 2+ years marketing experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Support coordination of product launches and lifecycle management activities.
- Prepare materials for business reviews, strategic planning, and commercial programs.
- Manage product-related documentation, samples, and field support needs.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment between global strategy and regional execution.
- Support development of sales tools and product messaging to drive adoption.
- Coordinate development, review, and deployment of marketing and sales enablement assets aligned with global campaigns.
- Lead the internal approval process for all assets, ensuring alignment with legal, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory.
- Ensure strong brand consistency and compliance across regions.
- Maintain and organize centralized repositories of marketing collateral.
- Support localization and adaptation of assets for international markets.
- Partner with commercial teams to ensure assets are practical, accessible, and effectively used in the field.
- Collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver on time and at high quality.
- Coordinate logistics including timelines, materials, shipping, and vendor management for international congresses and education initiatives.
- Ensure booth readiness and premium brand execution across international events.
- Partner with regional teams to ensure alignment with global strategy.
- Proactively identify risks and ensure seamless execution.
- Align cross-regional teams on materials, messaging, and timelines.
- Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and prioritization.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Support global marketing, education, and commercial initiatives as needed.

- Fluent in Spanish and/or XX strongly preferred to effectively support international markets and cross-regional collaboration.
