Job description

Senior Content Specialist - Sales and Marketing Collateral
Syllo is seeking an independent contractor to create high-quality external sales and marketing collateral (sales decks, one-pagers, ads, social content) as well as internal enablement materials. The ideal candidate is a top-tier technical writer who can quickly absorb complex industry themes and product-specific capabilities (including advanced AI), and translate litigation workflows into clear, compelling, on-brand messaging for legal and corporate audiences. This is a high-impact role working directly with senior company executives to produce and evolve content for a fast-growing, highly innovative company. You will own a rapidly changing portfolio and deliver new materials at the pace of product and go-to-market evolution. Exceptional writing, strong organization, and comfort with technical subject matter are required. Content will be created from scratch in alignment with brand and product marketing strategy. Ability to independently produce polished decks using established templates is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities: โ— Own the iterative creation, revision, and execution of content across its full lifecycle โ— Produce external sales and marketing materials, including sales decks, one-pagers, information sheets, ads, and social content โ— Create polished presentations with clear structure and formatting, and rapid turnaround โ— Write blogs, case studies, and website content โ— Create targeted, compelling social media content and paid-channel copy โ— Author scripts for video and multimedia content โ— Create internal enablement, training, and informational resources for the Syllo platform โ— Manage content execution end-to-end: drafting, incorporating feedback, and publishing across channels.
Qualifications: โ— At least five years of experience creating marketing content, including at least 1 year of experience marketing B2B products or services. โ— At least one year of experience with work intersecting the litigation industry. โ— Exceptional written command and ability to distill technical, legal, procedural, or economic complexity into clear and compelling prose. โ— Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Google Slides, with the ability to produce professional formatting rapidly. โ— Experience writing about highly technical subject matter, including AI. โ— Experience writing about SaaS products, legal technology or AI a plus. โ— Experience creating marketing content directed at large law firms a plus. โ— Experience creating social media content. โ— Demonstrated ability to work independently and resourcefully on one's own initiative. โ— Qualified to work in and resident of the United States.
