PROBLEM SOLVING AND A SOLUTION PROVIDER

A passionate and driven Data Marketing Engineering Intern who wants to work at the intersection of data engineering, marketing analytics, and AI-powered systems.

This role supports both our B2B and consumer platforms and plays a direct role in how data turns into decisions, performance, and growth. You'll work closely with data, marketing, and product teams to build the pipelines and tooling that power targeting, attribution, optimization, and experimentation.

- Designing and maintaining data pipelines across marketing, product, and logistics systems
- Automating analytics and reporting workflows used by growth and marketing leaders
- Supporting data structures used for personalization, prediction, and optimization
- Integrating MarTech tools with internal data infrastructure
- Turning complex datasets into clear, actionable insights

Key Responsibilities and What You Will Learn:

- Assist in automating marketing data workflows and integrating data sources into cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake)

- Assist in measuring campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROI using key metrics.

- Analyze large datasets to uncover customer insights and campaign performance metrics.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to improve audience segmentation and personalized marketing efforts.

- Assist in A/B testing, attribution modeling, and predictive analytics for marketing optimization.

- Work with APIs to extract, clean, and structure marketing data for analysis and reporting

- Stay updated on data engineering best practices and emerging MarTech trends.

- Generate reports and dashboards to track trends, customer behavior, and marketing effectiveness.

- Support the implementation and optimization of marketing analytics tools and dashboards

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to enhance customer segmentation and targeting efforts.

- Assist in creating data visualizations and presentations for stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines to collect and transform marketing data from various platforms (Google Analytics, CRM, social media, etc.).

- Stay up to date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging data analysis techniques.

Who You Are:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.

- Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, or R for data processing and analysis.

- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio).

- Familiarity with APIs and tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar marketing platforms.

- Knowledge of cloud-based data services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.

- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and relational databases.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
