Job Summary

Support VMS deployments and enhancements, including design documentation, validation, UAT, and data loads/conversion. Own VMS level 1 support for assigned program teams including enhancement (testing, business case) troubleshooting, user training, ticket management and documentation. Act as VMS admin (imports, user mgmt., integration monitoring, and configuration administration) and serve as POC for VMS account manager.

  • VMS Deployment: Requirement gathering, solution design consulting, and documentation.
  • VMS Deployment: Solution validation and UAT.
  • VMS Deployment: Training and documentation (guides, notifications, SOPs).
  • Steady State: VMS level 1 support, enhancement mgmt. (testing, business case), troubleshooting, and documentation.
  • Steady State: VMS Admin (imports, user mgmt., integration monitoring, training).
