Job Description

The Sr. Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the QuantumWork Advisory in implementation projects, defining data strategies and governance framework. Lead complex data migration and transformation efforts and ensure high quality , scalable and sustainable data solutions. The role is also responsible for gathering incumbent data, analyzing gaps, verifying information, and handling administrative tasks. As a project role this person will need to work independently, and face to our clients' senior stakeholders on matters of data conversion & management on projects. This role will be responsible for discovering gaps in data to prepare the information for steady state. This Analyst would work on implementations to assist a workflow to prepare data including but not limited to organizational development data and company data. This Role would also upload accurate records of data into the VMS tools. A good understanding of logical data and analysis is required to analyze large enterprise datasets and understand how that data interacts with VMS technologies. This person will also be responsible for some limited people management responsibilities: Training, mentoring, and performance management with some direct reports. The Sr. Data Analyst will also be required to help oversee junior staff's project assignments to assist with resolving project issues and quality control.

  • Define data governance and quality standards
  • Lead end to end execution of data activities including data extraction, cleansing, transformation and validation
  • Leads data mapping and templating
  • Leads migration and system uploads
  • Leads testing and reconciliation of data for accuracy and completeness
  • Verifies customer data by reviewing, correcting, and combining data from multiple systems
  • Ensure standards are applied to programs and exceptions are documented
  • Responsible for data quality and implementing processes which drive efficiency and support data governance
  • Work to maintain and evergreen complex data management workbooks and tools
  • Understanding of VMS technology and how data is used in these systems
  • Act as a people manager for junior data analysts
  • Train, mentor, lead, and perform quality control on junior team member's work
  • Provide project management on client projects and manage work allocation.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of professional experience doing data analysis
  • Advanced MS Excel skills - a basic knowledge of formulas, pivot tables and MS Excel Functions
  • Moderate Power BI skills including building dashboards to show progress to client stakholders
  • Experience with data management, data modelling, analyzing information
  • Experience in an enterprise environment including, decision making, organizational skills, and be flexible and able to handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, or VNDLY
