What You'll Do:

  • Analyze property performance, occupancy trends, market conditions, and competitive data to optimize revenue across the portfolio.

  • Develop and implement pricing recommendations using revenue management tools and market analysis.

  • Monitor and optimize ancillary revenue programs, including parking, storage, pet fees, utilities, and other income-producing services.

  • Evaluate pricing strategies and make recommendations to maximize revenue while maintaining occupancy goals.

  • Create reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for operations and executive leadership.

  • Partner with Regional Property Managers and onsite teams to implement revenue strategies and monitor results.

  • Conduct market surveys and competitive analyses to identify opportunities and emerging trends.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and proactively identify risks or opportunities for improvement.

  • Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and revenue projections.

  • Support the implementation and ongoing optimization of revenue management systems and technology.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new ancillary revenue initiatives and improve existing programs.

  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, actionable manner.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in revenue management, financial analysis, multifamily operations, or a related analytical role.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large sets of data.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with reporting and business intelligence tools.

  • Experience with revenue management software, property management systems, or pricing platforms is preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a simple, meaningful way.

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
