We're a commercial general contractor and construction management company with more than 1,200 team members and a track record of delivering some of the most complex and high-profile projects in the country - from semiconductor and healthcare facilities to professional sports venues and high-end hospitality.
Founded in 1918 in Salt Lake City, we've grown steadily for over a century - now with offices in Utah, Arizona, and Idaho - and we're entering one of the most exciting chapters in our company's history. We're building more than projects. We're building careers, capabilities, and momentum for the future. And we're looking for passionate, driven people who want to be part of it.

  • Developing schedules that incorporate semiconductor/advanced manufacturing requirements, including systems, tool install, and complex sequencing.

  • Integrating clean room construction, base build, system build-out, and tool installation activities into master schedules.
  • Leading pull planning sessions and aligning teams on milestones and deliverables within highly technical environments.
  • Supporting project purchasing, change order analysis, and forensic schedule reviews.
  • Actively participating in schedule development discussions, working closely with field teams to understand real-time constraints and sequencing.
  • Traveling to job sites as needed to support on-the-ground coordination and validation of schedule assumptions.

YOU'RE READY FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE
  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience specifically in advanced manufacturing or semiconductor construction scheduling.
  • Proficiency in CPM scheduling theory and tools like Primavera P6.
  • Strong understanding of system-driven construction environments including clean rooms, tool install, and complex facility systems.
  • Experience working on large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and scheduling responsibilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and engineering documents.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate clearly with diverse teams.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and planning.

WHAT WE OFFER
  • Award winning culture - consistently recognized by Best Places to Work in Arizona, Utah, and Idaho
  • Competitive pay - weekly paychecks, salary, bonus incentives, 401(k) with employer match
