Waste Pro is looking for a fearless Commercial & Manufacturing Sales Closer to take North Georgia by storm. If you can turn dumpsters and factory waste streams into golden revenue opportunities, we want you on our team.
We are looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Sales Representative to help us grow. In this role, you will be the face of Waste Pro in your local community. You will build partnerships, connect with local business leaders, and help clients find the perfect waste and recycling solutions.
You won't just be selling a service. You will be a trusted consultant. You will work closely with our internal teams and division managers to ensure that world-class service is provided to our clients every single day. Thus, building net promoters of Waste Pro's services.
What You'll Do Everyday?
  • Grow your territory: Find new business opportunities and build a strong, loyal customer base through phone calls, networking, and in-person visits.
  • Build lasting relationships: Connect deeply with local business owners, contractors, and city officials to keep our current clients happy and win new ones.
  • Hit your goals: Meet your daily and weekly sales activity goals while keeping our service profitable.
  • Win competitive bids: Keep an eye on market trends, learn what the competition is doing, and team up with our corporate marketing crew to write winning proposals.
  • Speak their language: Use your understanding of corporate purchasing to effortlessly navigate the bidding process with commercial clients.
  • Solve job site challenges: Partner with local manufacturing plants, construction sites, and flooring contractors to handle their unique cleanup and recycling needs.
