Location: Lafayette, IN (100% Onsite)
$35.00 - $42.00/hour
6-Month Contract
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:00 PM or 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Recruiter 3 to join their Talent Acquisition team supporting the Large Power Systems Division. This position will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for engineering, quality, and supply chain positions at one of the fastest-growing manufacturing facilities in the country.
The recruiter will manage a portfolio of 20+ open requisitions while partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent. This is a highly visible role that offers direct interaction with business leaders and ownership of the entire recruiting lifecycle.
Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake meeting through offer acceptance
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting channels
  • Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and professional positions
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
  • Manage ATS workflows and candidate pipelines
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide status updates to stakeholders
  • Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and onboarding activities
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Must-Have Qualifications
5+ years of recruiting experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Experience recruiting for Engineering, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain roles
Full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
Experience using multiple sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn and Indeed
ATS requisition management experience
Strong relationship-building and hiring manager partnership skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Workday experience
  • Beamery CRM experience
  • High-volume recruiting experience
  • Manufacturing or industrial recruiting background
  • Experience supporting engineering organizations
  • Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and KPI tracking
