  • Shift: Full Time, 2nd Shift, 1:30pm start time, Monday-Friday with some weekends

Position Responsibilities:
  • The Manufacturing Supervisor ensures equipment is in working order and that working conditions are safe at all times
  • You will manage the overall package and product quality, ensuring standards and specifications are maintained is performed by the Manufacturing Supervisor
  • The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for the production process, making periodic checks and adjusts equipment or work practices
  • As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for staffing, training, and developing the members of the team
  • Additionally, you will need to adhere within labor and OPEX budget
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma 5-7+ years of specific exp and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master's Degree
