Documentation generated such as, but not limited to schedule development, reports and assessments for use by/for our design, trade crafts, procurement, and project leads to implement activities associated with all aspects of construction.Essential Functions:Creates, documents, monitors, and analyzes schedules for manufacturingDevelops and manages schedules for daily, weekly, and monthly productions based on sales forecasts and production capacity.Coordinates and works closely with various departments, including operations and purchasing, to ensure schedules are aligned with production needs.Monitors production progress by tracking the progress of production activities and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines and assists resolving any issues that arise.Compiles reports on production progress, inventory levels, and any production problems to inform stakeholders.Produces reports for manpower tracking and look-a-heads for current and future planningWorks with multiple projects in accordance with standard and best project practice.Schedules and facilitates collaborative meetings to ensure that all activities are properly integrated into the base schedule using critical path methodology.Identifies bottlenecks, reallocating resources, and resolving production-related issues to maintain efficiency. Works to drive governance and efficiency of process used to capture and maintain the key milestone events while offering analytical assessments and recommendations on potential risks to the schedule.Ensures consistent visibility by monitoring and updating Project Performance Indicators on milestone objectivesManages electronic workstations for information gathering in the shopsWorks with the shops to implement procedures and electronic workflows for gathering information on production and trackingWorks with data/programming specialist to incorporate data into master ACI data management programPerforms other duties as assignedSupervisory Responsibility: No Required:High School Diploma or GED5+ years of experience or combination of any relevant fields of study related to construction or project managementKnowledge of procedures, practices, and operations associated with constructionExperience in scheduling analysis and/or project managementWell-practiced in setting up schedules in MS Project and/or P6Experienced with designing and setting up ERP systemsAttention to detail and organizationProficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BIExtensive knowledge and experience in Excel formulas and macro writingExcellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)Must be able to sit at a desk and work on a computer for long periods of timeMust adhere to all company policy and proceduresMust be available, and have the means to report to multiple job sites as assigned, to include working varying schedulesWork Environment:The work environment and physical demands required would be representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, and may include, but are not limited to the following:Works in a professional office and shop environment and routinely uses standard office equipmentPosition will require occasional visits to construction sitesMay be exposed to varying temperatures; both inside and outside, including inclement weather, heat, humidity, cold, and dampness when visiting projectsMay be exposed to moderate/high noise levels when in work areas when visiting projectsMay be exposed to fumes or airborne particles including dust in work areaPhysical Demands:This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopier, filing cabinets, etc.While performing duties of the job the employee may, climb, bend, pull, reach-overhead, stand/walk at times and lifts up to 50 lbs.Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; and reach with hands and armsMust be able to correctly identify all colors of a color-coded cable/wires and see close vision, distance vision, depth perception, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focusTravel:May require infrequent local travel (typically not overnight)Preferred:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of studyPrior military experienceProcore softwareMS ProjectP6 Visit us at www.acibuilds.com for more information!Final compensation will be determined based on applicable experience, education, licensure, skills, and other relevant factorsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer--Manufacturing Controller/Scheduler
