  • Lead all accounting functions, including general ledger, financial close, and reporting processes

  • 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles
  • Deep experience in manufacturing accounting required
  • Background in public companies or Fortune 500 environments preferred
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks
  • Prior public accounting or audit experience is a plus
  • Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience
  • Proven leadership ability with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
