Manitou equipment operators often encounter challenges such as working in confined spaces, navigating uneven terrain, and managing heavy loads safely. To overcome these, operators should be familiar with the equipment's capabilities and limitations, perform regular pre-operation inspections, and follow site-specific safety protocols. Effective communication with site supervisors and other team members is also essential to coordinate movements and ensure a safe working environment. Ongoing training and staying updated on safety regulations can further help operators handle these challenges efficiently.
