Ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Oversee full-cycle accounting operations across a portfolio of ~8,500 multifamily units, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Manage and lead team members across key accounting functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies, as well as adherence to owner and lender reporting standards
  • Monitor and improve processes related to month-end and year-end close activities
  • Partner with property operations and leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis
  • Identify opportunities for automation and system improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload

Ideal candidate will have the preferred skills and experience:

  • Excellent management and supervisory skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas and data analysis tools.
  • Three years of multifamily experience.
  • Ability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail are essential
