  • Responsible for managing the daily operations of assigned Wardrobe. 
  • This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our team members.
  • Ensures consistent, high quality service standards are maintained in designated areas of responsibility.
  • Implements training programs that ensure high quality service.
  • Provides adequate training and tools for team member success.
  • Ensures that all wardrobe areas are kept clean and in proper condition.
  • Ensures that the minimum level of labor is used to perform the required level of service without adversely impacting service standards.
  • Interviews and hires new team members.
  • Executes audits of supplies and inventory items, ensuring cost controls.
  • Completes the required daily financial tools and reports.
  • Communicates variances from established standards to the F&B Manager/Director.
  • Ensures that all service equipment is operational and handled safely, reporting mechanical issues to appropriate team members.
  • Enforces all appearance and uniform guidelines.
  • Enforces all regulatory, internal controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Reviews manifest and staffing levels to determine appropriate work assignments for the staff.
  • Conducts a physical inventory of outlet supplies and requisitions replacement items as needed.
  • Coaches and counsels all team members when needed to reinforce departmental and company policies and procedures.
  • Maintains a well-informed shift by conducting daily shift meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with knowledge of wardrobe operations and alterations. 
  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience is preferred. 
  • Must understand and speak the English language.
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate Profit and Loss statements.
