ROLE

Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional Sales Manager career opportunity available at our Valley Fair boutique. The Sales Manager is responsible for driving boutique performance through leadership, client development, and operational excellence. This role requires a strong understanding of luxury retail, a proven ability to lead and coach teams, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. The Sales Manager supports the boutique's strategic goals while upholding Dolce & Gabbana's brand standards and values.

MISSION

  • Provide impeccable service and act as a true ambassador of Dolce & Gabbana, ensuring every client experience reflects brand expectations.
  • Partner with Store Leadership on corporate initiatives, team development, employee relations, product training, and daily operations.
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, holding store keys as needed, while ensuring compliance with operational and loss prevention standards.
  • Drive individual and store KPIs, including Consignment, Appointments, Repurchase Rate, UPT, Conversion, and Data Enrichment.
  • Develop and execute strategic action plans to drive sales and deepen client engagement in alignment with boutique goals.
  • Mentor and coach team members by sharing best practices and product knowledge.
  • Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and creativity.
  • Support inventory accuracy by partnering with Operations on cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
  • Leverage CRM to strengthen client relationships through appointment selling and client acquisition.
  • Demonstrate leadership and ownership of boutique standards, including visual merchandising and operational excellence.
  • Manage and resolve escalated client issues in partnership with Store Leadership, Client Services, and Operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.ย 

PROFILE

  • 3+ years of Luxury Retail Sales Experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Women's and Men's RTW experience
  • Results-driven with leadership capabilities
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

The hourly rate for this role ranges from $26.00 - $28.00 and eligible for variable commission. Additionally, we offer the opportunity to take part in our comprehensive benefits program which includes: medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurances, 401(k) plan, FSA plans, and more. The total compensation amount for a candidate is based on factors including educational background, professional experience, and industry knowledge.
