What You Bring to the Table!

LOCATION: The Heart of the Action This position is 100% in-office at our Auburn Hills, MI headquarters. Please note: Remote or hybrid options are not available for this role—we need your energy on-site!

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: The Foundation

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience is preferred.

  • Must be able to become and remain 100% bonded.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Your Track Record

  • 3 to 5 years of related experience in a financial institution.

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience (leading others to greatness!).

  • Proven Sales Experience: This is a must! You know how to close the deal and teach others to do the same.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: The Insider Edge

  • Deep "insider" knowledge of Credit Union products, services, and field of membership.

BSA SPECIFIC SUPERPOWER: The Compliance Guardian

  • You are fully versed in BSA, CIP, CTR reporting, and OFAC requirements. You keep us safe, sound, and spectacular.
