Job Description

The Alliances Manager, SLED is responsible for developing, activating, and scaling strategic partner relationships that drive pipeline and revenue across State, Local, Education, and Healthcare markets. This role serves as the connective tissue between corporate alliances strategy and field execution, ensuring partners are enabled, engaged, and producing measurable outcomes alongside sales teams.


This individual will lead regional partner activation efforts, support SLED sales teams across segments, and drive joint go-to-market initiatives. The role requires strong relationship management, strategic planning, and operational execution skills to build trust with both new and existing partners while accelerating growth in priority geographies.

Basic Qualifications

  • US Citizen
  • Willingness to permit a background check
  • Reputation of operating with strong ethics and integrity
  • History of being overwhelmingly likable (duds need not apply)
  • Strong time management skills
  • 4+ years experience in channel, alliances, or partner development roles
  • Experience working with SLED markets
  • Demonstrated success building partner relationships that produce pipeline and revenue
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally internally and within the partner ecosystem
  • Strong communication, presentation, and management skills
  • Experience supporting field sellers and aligning partner activity to account strategy
  • Passion for hustle and fun
